After years of attending the World's most wonderful Watermelon festival in Luling, Texas, home of the one and only Watermelon Thump, Ginger and Kelly decided to really do the "Watermelon Thing" big time! Ginger has a passion for decorating watermelon style, while Kelly has a passion for watermelon margaritas. A bond was formed. After a few years, Ginger and Kelly realized that their hobby of hunting down the elusive watermelon 'stuff' could help others. Thus, The Watermelon Shop was born.
