The start of my "retail" career was when I was seven years old I sold vegetables in my grandmother's front yard. After a 20 year career of being a hair stylist and also participating in vendor shows selling jewelry and accessories I decided to give up doing hair and be brave. I opened my own boutique in 2017. In 2021 ( in the middle of covid) my products had out grown our location and I decided to move Sweet Southern Charm to the busy city of Colonial Heights not knowing what the future would hold with the pandemic going on. Originally the store workers were my mom, myself and best friend with in store sales only. We have grown to four full time workers in addition to my mom and best friend as well. Also other part time workers. We now offer online shopping in addition to in store! We sell a huge variety of top brands including Simply Southern, Kendra Scott, Lulu B, Swig and many more. I cannot thank all of our customers enough for the continued support of SSC!
