Paper Fancy was founded by Karen Bullard, an artist and designer in Virginia. Bullard has extensive stationery experience having designed her own line for many years, karen cole paper. Wanting to return to her retail roots, Bullard founded Paper Fancy to bring her very favorite lines to her customers, such as Boatman Geller, Whitney English, Cid Pear and many more.
