Heather and James Kern-- We are high school sweethearts turned married couple as of May 2013. The two of us have always had a knack for crafting things, and have joked many times about turning our creativity into a business. Fresh out of college with Sociology degrees and living in a rural town in Georgia. Each product is created within our home--literally in our living room and kitchen. In the 1950s, Joe & Violet Sullivan, originally from NC farms, founded Sullivan's S&S Jewelers in Melbourne, emphasizing customer relationships. Their 4 kids learned the art of the jewelry business; Doug Sullivan shined in innovative craftsmanship. Doug & his wife Isabel, a GIA Gemologist, were talented spreading sentimental sparkle. Doug passed over 30 years ago but their daughter Staci is carrying on the legacy. As 3rd generation jewelers, Sullivan's is a precious gem in Downtown Melbourne.
