SoundScape was founded in 2011 by Hearing Aid Specialist Nathan Willard. There are four major problems Nathan sees in the hearing aid industry. He started SoundScape to address these. 1. Hearing aids costs too much. SoundScape sells hearing aids for about half of what other retailers do. 2. Many people can't get to the consultant. SoundScape specializes in in-home service. This is not only beneficial for people with mobility issues, but for all hearing aid users. 3. Many people can't get the help they need because the consultant never experiences the customer's environment. In-home service helps the consultant better understand the customer's needs. 4. There is too much gimmickry and bait-and-switching in the retail hearing aid industry. We strive to be straightforward and honest.
