Jabez Memorials was established in 2008. I worked as a Family Services Counselor at various cemeteries for a little over six years. During that time, I assisted many families in the selection of memorials for their loved ones. I was struck by the huge mark-up for the various types of memorials sold at these cemeteries. Upon taking early retirement from my last cemetery, I decided to start Jabez Memorials as an alternative to paying those high cemetery prices. Jabez Memorials was established as an in-home business to give us the flexibility of scheduling in-home appointments for those families who either emotionally do not wish to visit the various cemeteries where their loved ones are interred, or whose work schedule is such that it is unduly burdensome to schedule a visit to the ce
