Pat Tilley is the owner of Merle Norman Studio at The Spa - Williamsport,PA, she joined Merle Norman Cosmetics 33 years ago. Seeing to the daily operations of the Day Spa as well as using her special training by Jessica® giving the greatest manicures and pedicures. Pat also has professional training from LaFrance® Skin Care, Repechage®, and Merle Norman Cosmetics®. This training allows her to pass on the skills to her employee's. Merle Norman continues to evolve, while remaining a pioneer in innovation and trends.
