Welcome! The Barefoot Bee was established in the spring of 2008, in response to the crisis that honeybees currently face. We are located in Hollis, New Hampshire. Since inception, our focus has been to raise honeybee awareness, make a positive contribution in the practice of beekeeping, and raise and direct funds to honeybee research. In our efforts to accomplish these goals we initiated our apiary and a product line (items containing hive products of beeswax and honey), from which a portion of the proceeds is directed to research.
