Mahjabeen Abbas (JB) was recruited into the organization during Dhillon Management, LLC’s early developmental stage due to her strong sense of leadership, planning, organization skills and extensive experience in accounting. To bring responsibility for the financial and operations department of the company, JB is responsible for the overall creation, monitoring and maintenance of the company’s accounting and financial information. She is also accountable for overseeing human resources, conducting internal auditing as well as piloting external audits of the properties operated by Dhillon Management to follow a continuous path for improvement.
