We are located on the east side of Hancock Point, in Hancock Maine. We are also a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Our waterfront, timber-framed, passive solar / off-the-grid (solar electric) homestead sits on 40 acres on the shore of Sullivan Harbor, which leads to Frenchman's Bay and the open ocean. We have been certified by the State of Maine as being an Environmental Leader in the hospitality sector.
