Stay with us in our almost 200 years old beautiful historic home with 23 acres. Our guests enjoy the beautiful rooms with original hardwood floors, private en-suite bath, authentic antiques, premium luxury linens, towels, modern amenities like individual HVAC thermostats and USB outlets. We have 1GB internet and in every room a 43 inch 4k TV. The home is recently (2022) completely remodeled and renovated. A homemade breakfast with a Dutch Touch is included each morning in our bright and sunny breakfast ‘The Prophecy’ room. Relax anytime in your room, in the many seating areas, or outside on our beautiful benches strategic placed under some old trees on the property. There is free on-site parking. There is a walking trail that leads you to the 150 year old Johnson-Carrington cemetery. For the active guest it’s good to know that it’s only a 5 minute drive to Occaneechi State Park with miles of beautiful walking trails among nature and Buggs Island Lake.
