Nautical Monkey is a social networking platform connecting boaters with partners to reduce costs and facilitate scheduling, billing and management between members. There are two main elements to the site. First, users create a profile indicating their interest in sharing a boat they already have, purchasing a new boat with one or more partners, or becoming a member on a boat owned by someone else. Second, once a relationship has been established the site provides a rich set of tools that simplifies the sharing relationship through a robust scheduling system, expense tracking, checklists when members board or exit the boat, service requests and much more.
