Lisa has trained and taught several styles of dance. Her focus is on teaching students how to dance with ease and grace, feel the rhythms of the music, and enjoy dancing with their partner. Natural movement and balance are encouraged for grace. Dance skills are taught such as initiating movements from your center, using the floor properly, lead and follow, & dancing to the rhythms in the music. Minimal stylization and flamboyance are suggested since this is a quiet conversation for two people to enjoy. Presently she teaches in Hackensack NJ 07601 at the CMDE Studio. Private lessons, group classes, and workshops are available.
