"Moving My Spirit" is a business created by Heather Bram to teach dance combined with other healing arts. It is my mission to heal myself, and help anyone who wishes to heal themselves, through a combination of dance, meditation, and spiritual growth. I teach Basic Bellydance, Intermediate Bellydance, Advanced Bellydance, and Movement for Meditation. I have been dancing for 30 years and bellydancing for 20 of those years. It has been my experience that bellydancing particularly lends itself to spiritual expression, because it is so fluid and does not demand certain steps, physical attributes, steps, or choreography. It is expressive and feminine.
