The center also mentors and tutors drop outs and homeless children. Dr. Franklyn Beckles says the center offers an education that can't be found in public schools. Rev. Dr. Franklyn Beckles, Jr.-"What we trying to do is take up the slack of what the public schools are not doing. And we're educating youth and giving them a positive message to them and that's by putting God in education. We're not allow to do that in public schools, but we can do that here.
