Calvin Tsang is a professional violin teacher and violinist who has won many performance awards and honors including Texas All-State Symphony Orchestra concertmaster as a high school freshman and Austin Symphony soloist at the age of 14. He has been featured on Charlotte's classical radio station performing the showpiece "Zigeunerweisen". He has performed in various venues/ settings and symphonies across the United States, including San Diego, DFW, Charlotte, Virginia, Iowa, and Chicago. Formally trained in the Suzuki method and classical music, he can also dabble in other generes, such as pop, film, indy, rock, and fiddle.
