MECKids is an interactive health and wellness cross-curriculum program dedicated to helping K-12 students eat right and get fit! Students are given lessons, tools, games & online support while teachers and counselors track and assess their progress. MECKids also offers a safe, secure network environment. Our goal is to shift the mindset of America's youths through creative, innovative strategies and with the support of schools, local business and our sponsors we can make a difference. MECKids focuses on 5 areas of health behavior: Cardiovascular Exercise Nutrition Strength Flexibility Stress Management Students learn to connect with others, create teams, navigate problems solving health tasks and design health & fitness plans they can use in real life.
