Body Basics Fitness serves the Warren community by offering "fitness solutions for every body". We cover a few main areas of fitness training. We can train you in the privacy of your own home or in our office suite. A personal trainer can help you find solutions for weight loss, energy management, muscle weakness and imbalance, back pain, sports training, and more. We offer a semi-private setting where we can train two or three people together. This offers a reduce cost and the added benefit of social support. Last but not least is our Body Basics Boot Camps program. The boot camp program includes a complete fitness assessment, nutrition coaching program, and on-going accountability. Now running in our 6th year we've helped thousands of people lose pounds and inches, change their lives.
