BarNone Training is a privately owned and operated fitness company founded in 2008 by Wilson Thomas. Wilson is a ISSA Certified Personal trainer and a former professional athlete. We are located in Lenexa, Kansas and serve the Kansas City metro area. We are dedicated to helping our clients make changes in their physical and mental well-being through Personal and Group Training, Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, Total Conditioning and Yoga Classes.
