High Energy Workouts Catered to Any Fitness Level with a Family Atmosphere We have a strong focus at our Sycamore gym on our group classes. They’re high energy at a great pace and we keep things ever changing week to week and make any and all modifications based on the individual throughout class. We started this venture to provide our community with a great gym that has quality equipment, well thought out classes and fantastic instructors. Each class is specifically written and set up for that individual day so there’s very little redundancy week to week or month to month. We challenge our members with days of weights, others with cardio and each day has a focus targeting a range of workout goals. We also offer 24 hour access to all of our members in case you can’t make a class but still need that workout. We would love for you to utilize our free trial classes.
