Paradigm Training and Nutrition was founded in 2017. Since inception we have used our methods to help hundreds of clients. Our mission has always been to help the client achieve their individual health, weight, and body goals. Working primarily 1on1 with clients allows for the individual attention needed to determine why they have been unsuccessful in the past or the best protocol for success. Utilizing nutritional practices, along with strength training, have been scientifically proven to improve the way you look, how you feel, and help provide a longer lifespan. Paradigm Training center has over 3000 sq/ft of private gym, a vast variety of equipment for all fitness levels, and knowledgeable trainers to help and support their clients.
