CrossFit Lake Bluff is located in a newly renovated space with 3,000 sqft dedicated to gym space filled with all new high-end equipment from Rogue and Revgear. Our CrossFit classes combine the best of weightlifting, sprinting, calisthenics, and plyometric movements. By sticking to the most effective exercises of each group we can do really effective workouts in a short amount of time. Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to be fun and with the beginner in mind.
