Equipose Yoga Studio is located inside the Bella Vita Salon at 92 Main St., #103, Warrenton Virginia .. in the heart of Old Town Warrenton. The studio owner, Lee Lorber, has extensive training and experience in hatha yoga, yoga anatomy, yoga therapy, kripalu style yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga and yoga ball therapy. Lee's students love the personalized attention they get in small classes (usually 10 or fewer students in any given class) .. as well as Lee's ability to connect the yoga practice with an understanding of their bodies and anatomy.
