The Sweet Pea Festival is a non-profit organization who's mission is to promote and cultivate the arts. For 30+ years we have been transforming Lindley Park the first weekend in August into a venue to celebrate the arts. The festival includes dynamic music, theatre, and dance performances, family entertainment, children's activities, a flower show, arts & crafts vendors, a parade, and a children's run. The week leading up to the festival includes a ball, Chalk on the Walk, The Bite of Bozeman, and an Art Show opening. All money raised above and beyond what is needed to operate the festival is given back to the community in the form of grants for the arts, art education, and special projects in the Bozeman area. Sweet Pea is run and organized by a volunteer workforce.
