InNae Academy of Martial Arts provides traditional Jidokwan Karate Taekwondo and practical self defense for ages 3 through adult in San Lorenzo. Led by 7th Dan Grandmaster Cheryl Lee Urbanik, with 40 years of martial arts experience, InNae offers intentionally small classes with personalized instruction and individual progression. Programs serve preschool children, youth, teens, and adults. Families choose InNae for more than martial arts technique. Training develops confidence, leadership, practical self defense, and essential life skills through the Five Tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
