Our self-defense programs for children include anti-abduction and anti-bully instruction, as well as teaching those martial arts 'motor skills' that kids love so much. Our older kids classes teach self-defense for the real world, along with anti-bully techniques. Our adult classes teach self-defense techniques designed for today's world, inspiring confidence and discipline, while providing a means of fitness all in one class.
