Programs in doral consist of or may have combinations of: Tae Kwon Do: The art of Tae Kwon Do is the Foundation of our school. Tae kwon do provides the kicking techniques that give us the fundamentals to improve in other areas. Jiu Jitsu: This program teaches grappling techniques. From takedowns to ground grappling, this art is crucial for self-defense. Muay Thai: This program takes striking to the next level. With this art we improve on our upper body striking along with powerful knee and foot techniques. Cardio Kickboxing: This program provides you the aerobic workout you need to keep in shape and feeling great. Our Goal: Our goal in doral are to passionate and effective martial art instruction to help you achieve your goal in the quickest and most efficient way possible. The purpose of our children programs is to provide a positive, self-esteem building atmosphere, which will increase confidence and focus.
