I have over thirty five years in this art form know as Okikukai karate-do. I teach all age groups. From kids to adult's karate. You can always depend on quality and individual attention in training. I also teach Kardio Kick Boxing for women. And we have Jujitsu for all age groups for twelve and up and that class is held twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
