Karate is a striking art in which the human body becomes a powerful weapon by teaching both offensive and defensive techniques. It focuses on learning the proper movements in the striking art of punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes, and open hand techniques. We offer classes for both children and adults. Karate has no age limit.
