Hi, my name is Mr. Michael Young and I am the owner of Dragon House Defense and Fitness. It has been my dream since I started martial arts at age 9, to open my own martial arts academy to train families to gain confidence, respect, discipline and fitness through martial arts. Martial arts built my confidence, work ethic, and helped me become who I am today. Throughout my career I have taught students in all facets of life from toddlers to doctors. Now, I have dedicated my life to creating the next generation of leaders and talented martial artists one black belt at a time. I look forward to meeting you and your family in our studio.
