We offer instruction in the traditional Korean arts of Hapkido & Taekwondo for all levels, ages 4 & up. For students ages 4 - 5, we offer a "Tikes" class. This program includes specialized instruction adapted to that age group. In addition, we offer our Corestrike class, which is a non-uniform, non-ranking, cardio-conditioning class. We offer Self-Defense Seminars by special arrangement. Yoga classes offered at our facility by Zen on Glenn yoga.
