The Academy of Self Defense teaches a combination martial art known as T.A.I., Transitional Arts / Actions Incorporated. Truly, the original mixed martial art, it consists of Kenpo, Jujitsu, Newaza, Kung Fu, Boxing and Escrima. The T.A.I. art integrates the above styles to produce a system of self defense that has real-world applications. We are open 6 days a week and our goal is to teach a practical martial art that anyone of any age can do. We believe in our community and strive to keep children safe and off the streets.
