Framingham Taekwondo offers students of all ages a chance to learn the taekwondo martial art for self-defense, exercise and to build confidence. We teach children's Taekwondo to help promote positive attitude, values, discipline, coordination and strength. Master Roman DeSousa (5th Dan Black Belt) has been training and teaching Taekwondo for over 25 years in Brazil and the U.S. - Master Roman has an extensive list of athletic achievements and enjoys training new champions at Framingham Taekwondo in life as well as in the martial arts.
