In Eagle Claw Kung Fu training, Sifu Lomax's students are taught the key fundamental principles, and have the opportunity to learn and understand the system in depth. The curriculum includes joint manipulation, locks, and inside up-close and personal fighting techniques, forms, lion dance - as well as Chi Gung exercises, numerous weapons, martial tumbling, and the more complex routines of the system, including two and three person sets. His philosophy is to drill the basic fundamentals of the Eagle Claw system until they are instinctual.
