This local Tae Kwon Do studio operated by Chief Instructor Don Ulvestad offers classes that include self defense skills, general physical conditioning and training to improve balance and coordination Tae Kwon Do is ideal for children to increase physical strength and coordination as well as giving them the opportunity to build self confidence. Classes are also offered for adults of all ages and skill levels to help increase conditioning, balance and strength. We are focused on our students to give each individual instruction to help them grow and meet their goals.
