We are a small family run Yoga studio in Prescott Lakes, Arizona. We are on Prescott Lakes Parkway across from the Prescott Courier office in the Commerce Center! Opened our doors November 7th, 2011 and have been growing steadily ever since! We offer HOT yoga classes for everyone. Small limited space classes only! we are not a huge gym with dozens of people in each class! We are limited to 15 students maximum and most classes are around 10 people. You get personalized attention if you need it and or modifications to the poses so you can improve each month! Our instructors are Certified and have years of experience in wide variety of Yoga styles and bring their own unique personality and love of Yoga to each class! We are committed to a community of committed yoga folks!
