Seattle-born, everywhere-raised, I am a living testimony of Yoga as medicine. From my lifetime of experiences, she firmly believes that nobody is broken, malfunctioned, or weak. With a natural ability and drive to be a teacher all of my life, my university studies focused on psychology and elementary education. In 2011, I stumbled upon Yoga, which became my most potent and life-saving medicine. I quickly completed my RYT-200, as I realized this path to be my True North to help guide others to reach inherent freedom and happiness, safety and strength. Yoga has guided me back to my true self, and I have dedicated my life to helping guide others back to theirs. We are all brave, strong, and whole. Take your journey with me and you will see!
