The yoga program of classes and workshops takes the whole person into consideration- mind, body and spirit. Our studio is your retreat from your busy world. You know when you arrive you will leave feeling healthier and more balanced. We take extra care to provide a clean, spacious, calm setting so you will enjoy your personal practice. Each teacher is certified and highly experienced to provide safe, effective classes. Classes are based on posture, breath, relaxation and "listening to your body."
