Yoga for Mankind believes that Yoga is the perfect tool to help students feel calm and relaxed in this fast-paced, hectic life. Yoga can be safe, simple and healing for all ages and all different body types. Our Yoga and Pilate's studio is a nurturing, safe and welcoming environment. We want to bring the healing aspects of Yoga and Pilate's to all people, regardless of their age, ethnicity or skill level. Often yoga is taught as aerobics or calisthenics, which is a huge disservice to this healing art. Our goal is to teach a lifestyle of health that continues off the yoga mat and naturally integrates into everyday life.
