Bunok Kravitz, the founder of Conscious Life Change, has traveled the world bringing yoga, meditation and healthy eating into people's lives since 2007. Adapting her business to the landscape of sunny Southern California, she began teaching classes on Venice Beach. The combination of a yoga and meditation practice, the sounds of the ocean waves, and the visits from dolphins make the beach classes quite memorable. Classes are for all levels and newcomers and those with injuries are encouraged to join. Bunok also teaches workshops and offers retreats throughout the year. The signature program, Conscious Life Change 40-Day Program, takes you through the rudiments of yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and starts you on a journey towards better dietary health.
