We also wanted to connect women through this shared experience. The Yoga Meditation & Therapy Center is Lexington's longest serving Yoga/Meditation Center offering instruction in Yoga, Meditation and Stress Management, as well as Counseling. We limit class size so instructors can provide personalized attention to each student. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. In our classic Hatha Yoga classes, you will gradually learn to increase your flexibility,strength, vitality, and sense of calm through slow stretch with breathing awareness and focused attention. Private Yoga instruction is available for students with specific health concerns. Our Meditation programs help students connect with inner peace and mental focus during class and in daily life. Practice sessions ("sittings") throughout the month, and retreats, are available for students who complete our Meditation Starter Course. Private counseling sessions with an LCSW are also offered by appointment.
