Aspen Hill Body & Brain Yoga is a holistic yoga center in Silver Spring, Maryland. We are in the Northgate Plaza shopping center on Georgia Avenue, convenient to Silver Spring, Olney, Rockville, Wheaton and other neighboring towns. Classes include a variety of exercises including mindful stretching, breathing postures, meditation and relaxation. The exercises are simple, easy to learn and very effective for natural healing of both body and mind. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and energized by the end of class. Private sessions are also available.
