We have been actively involved in conservation issues, wilderness designation, State and Federal legislative Bills, water conservation, and public lands protection for over 33 years. We have instructed other outfitters river guides, river rangers, fire depts., SAR personnel and others in both Swift Water Rescue and Technical Rope Rescue courses (@12 per year) since 1982. We have hosted several VIP river trips with Legislators, managing agency officials, and other decision makers promoting these values and regularly sponsor fund raising trips for Trout Unlimited, the National Wildlife Federation, Colorado Wildlife Federation, Wyoming Wildlife Federation and other conservation groups. Bill has accumulated over 60,000 miles of river experience on western and international rivers in that time.
