Boxing / Kickboxing is the #1 fat burner, with over 800-1000 calories burned during a one hour class! While you will be pushed to new limits, everyone is allowed to progress at his/her own pace. Every class will be different but you can expect to jump rope, work the heavy bags, speed bag, double-end bag, uppercut bags, core/abdominal drills and plyometric training. In addition to the equipment work, you will also do partner drills and can eventually start sparring, if desired. These high intensity workout classes are a great full body workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.
