Our 37 acre facility was designed and built to be open all year to help you achieve all your golf practice needs. Opened in 1999, The GIC was developed to provide country club quality practice facilities and services to the general public. We continue today with the same philosophy; namely that all golfers from all backgrounds deserve the best that we can offer.

Yoga Classes: Moderate Yoga - Tuesday and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Power Yoga - Wednesdays 7 p.m. - 8:10 p.m.; Saturdays 10:30 - 11:40 a.m. Approximately 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes Fitness Classes: Cardio Interval Class (Burn It!) - Tuesdays 4:15 p.m. ; Thursdays 6:30 p.m. ; Sundays 10:30 a.m. 45 fast and fun minutes Strength Classes: Functional Class (Kettlebells, Intervals, Strength building) - Mondays 6:15 p.m. Circuit Class (Fast paced circuit style strength class) - Wednesdays 6:15 p.m. "On the Ball" (Stability Ball Class) - Fridays at 4:15 p.m.
