Our style is a unique blend of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling and boxing, making it a true Mixed Martial Arts System. We make getting into shape fun with our motivational teaching and positive environment. Currently we offer Fitness Kickboxing, Power Toning and Boot-camps throughout the year.
