Featuring a recently renovated, state-of-the-art driving range that was designed by Arthur Hills, an 18-hole miniature golf course, 9 batting cages, volley ball, and in-door soccer, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Martial Arts technique is the same world wide. However, our specialty is teaching not just the physical aspect of the art, but teaching all ages how to better discipline the mind. We focus on three areas: First there is Fitness, including cardio, increased toning and flexibility - all taught at pace you can enjoy. Secondly is Self-Defense; practical, strait forward proven technique that works for any size individual with a real focus on safety and fun. Lastly, and most importantly we concentrate teaching how to strengthen the mind, and therefore achieve a happier more satisfying life. To use the art as a tool to achieve better emotional control, better self-esteem, better concentration. All instruction given in age specific classes at the areas cleanest and most beautiful facility.
