We feature a one-hour boxing/kickboxing class that is designed to burn anywhere from 800-1,000 calories!! We also feature a range of cardio and strength training equipment along with Personal Trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals. We also run several clinics and boot camps to 'jump-start' your fitness needs. Finally, we also have a youth program for your children to get in a great workout and learn boxing/kickboxing basics!
