How is CrossFit different? For starters, it’s a community-based fitness program. That means that instead of waiting for a stranger to get up out of the machine you’ve been waiting for, you are united with a team of new friends who are working out WITH you and cheering you on. Each new friend is your trainer, and as you grow in your confidence, you are your new friend’s trainers as well. CrossFit is a SOCIAL fitness regimen that applies speed, strength and endurance into functional movements. The fitness model is scalable for all shapes, sizes and age groups. It even has special programming for kids! You don’t have to already be in-shape to start, we’ll get there together. You can’t imagine how much CrossFit can do for your life until you’ve tried it.
