At Legends we teach real USA Boxing technique in step-by-step Boxing Fitness classes. We'll not only teach you proper footwork, punching technique, and self-defense, but we incorporate total-body conditioning exercises to each, new daily workout, all led and created by our certified coaches. Legends offers a fun and challenging alternative to traditional fitness gyms. Our workouts are designed for any fitness level and to get you the results you want.

Martial Arts is a personal journey. We have a safe , fun and friendly studio environment with trained full time instructors. We teach all ages from 4 and up. Classes are hour long in length. Personal training sessions are 1/2 hour long. We NEVER do contracts. We offer Womens self defense classes, weapons training , traditional Shaolin Kempo style. Learn to focus, create goals, get fit, and to have fun!
